    Cancellations, Terms & Conditions

    24hr cancellation fee being applied, please read.

    We kindly ask you to give us a call or email if you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking.

    As a small family owned & operated business, cancellations affect us greatly and we appreciate your cooperation with this.

    Please understand your cancellation request must be received within a minimum 24-hour notice in advance of the service date or a 100% cancellation fee will still be applied

    1. Cancellation within 24 hours; 100% Cancellation fee.
    2. Cancellation within 48 hours; 20% Cancellation fee applied if we are unable to fill the booking.

    A $50.00 non-refundable booking fee is required to hold your booking especially for a special occasion, weddings or school formals. Please note this will only be refunded if we can rebook this date & time for you.

    Any damages and or cleaning charges will be the responsibility of the client in the event the vehicle is left in an unsatisfactory condition. We reserve the right to charge the customer a down-time  fee of $150.00
